25-man Roster with one player from each team

In the spirit of the threads where you pick a team while using a letter of the alphabet once, this is similar in the sense that you pick a team while only chosing one guy per team. Assumptions are that you play with AL rules. For consistancy sake, let's say that you have to have a 12 man pitching staff. You can put starters into your bullpen if you like.

Here's mine:

Choo RF (Cle)

Hamilton LF (Tex)

Pujols 1B (StL)

Cabrera DH (Det)

Longoria 3B (Tam)

Cano 2B (NYY)

Gonzalez CF (Col)

Mauer C (Min)

Castro SS (Chi-NL)

Bench:

Youkilis 1B-3B (Bos); Escobar SS-2B (Tor); Markakis OF (Bal); McCann C (Atl)

Rotation:

Halladay (PHI)

Lincecum (SFG)

Hernandez (SEA)

Josh Johnson (FLA)

Weaver (LAA)

Bullpen:

Grienke (MIL)

Soria (KC)

Storen (WAS)

Kuo (LAD)

Chapman (CIN)

Bailey (Oak)

Bell (SD)

Hm.

I'd probably replace Josh Johnson with David Price, replace Longoria with Hanley, replace Escobar with Batista, and stick Batista in the lineup.

I like this idea, though.

My initial thoughts:

C- Joe Mauer (MIN)

Brian McCann (ATL)

1B- Albert Pujols (STL)

Miguel Cabrera (DET)

2b- Robinson Cano (NYY)

Ss- Hanley Ramirez (FLA)

Troy Tulowitzki (COL)

3b- Ryan Zimmerman (WAS)

Of- Carl Crawford (BOS)

Josh Hamilton (TEX)

Justin Upton (ARI)

Shin-Soo Choo (CLE)

Andrew McCutchen (PIT)

Sp- Roy Halladay (PHI)

Tim Lincecum (SFG)

Felix Hernandez (SEA)

Zack Greinke (MIL)

Clayton Kershaw (LAD)

Rp- Joakim Soria (KC)

Heath Bell (SD)

Carlos Marmol (CHC)

Francisco Rodriguez (NYM)

Andrew Bailey (OAK)

Jered Weaver (LAA)

David Price (TAM)

The teams with no representatives were Baltimore, Toronto, Houston, Chicago White Sox, and Cincinnati.

I would have preferred Longoria at 3B over Zimmerman, but Zimmerman is almost as good and I would have had to go a long way down the SP line to find another pitcher on a team without a representative yet.
