Forget the legaleze speak. I find it absurd that someone aside from the fan doesn't bear some level of responsibility. They ought to protect people who come to a game from unnecessary risk because it's the right thing to do, not protect themselves from legal responsibility with fine print on the back of a ticket because it's the legally responsible thing to do.

I'd probably think it's just as absurd if he received some grand mega settlement.
