I hate A-Fraud as much as anyone but I can't see how MLB can forbid A-Rod from talking to his cousin or meeting with him in public places.

If he tests positive, he should be banned from the game period..and the 09 championship revoked (I wish).

Rep to you man, too funny! It's sad though too. MLB doesn't care about the health of its players, just the results on the field. If the level of play increased and fans were spending tons of money, MLB wouldn't care if players were spending their time lounging on pillows in an opium den.
