The procedure, according to the paper, was done in the Dominican and there was no charge. Purita said he did it this way because he was working with a medical technology company based in Massachusetts. Purita, who, according to The Times, has used human growth hormone in the procedure before, denied doing so with Colon's surgery.

Anyone buying that?

At this point, MLB does not have any evidence that Colon has done anything wrong. They are just responding after The Times' report.

Everything about Colon's comeback SCREAMS ped's... I bet my house that some HGH slipped in there somewhere...

The progeny of the same folks who ran Billy Buckner out of town should get their heinies over to that MA med tech firm and get to work!

And no I do not believe....but I'm so wishy washy that I don't want to hate on Bartolo for making it back to the show. Hate the Yankee entity but not all of the players. :eektf:

There is no urine test for HGH and it is part of the procedure for EVERY non baseball player. The current CBA does not allow for blood testing, which would give insight.
