While this is from a 3rd person source, one article reads that Rivera never really wanted a 4th year and would have settled for 2 years with an option. I find it amusing they are wrapping so much money up in him. What are they going to do when he becomes not so productive. Will Giradi have the cahones to move him to middle relief.

I guess this means Chambalain will move to the rotation.

Right... sure. I'll believe it when I see it. The difference is that Jeter is claiming out-of-state residence. Which is entirely different than someone avoiding their taxes.
