Looks like the grill on his mask is made out of titanium or something, which would have caused the spark. Never seen something like that in baseball. Golfing, yes. When the driver hit the ball off the tee shot. Sparks...awesome. Where the ball landed...not so much. I'd like to see that show, "Sport Science" to do a piece on this.
