That this game is in St. Louis is idiotic. Interestingly, St. Louis was the victim back in '04, the other time this happened under the "This Time It Counts" bull. I don't have an explicit rooting interest, both I hope the teams produce some good baseball over the next several days.

Curious as to why you say this. Is it because of their records? I thought that, prior to the all-star implications, they alternated home field each year.

Yes, they did alternate previous to recognizing the All-Star Game winner as the decider of home-field advantage. :)

Even if you won 120 games, if it was "that season," you were on the road.
