Sorry if I'm incorrect...But I thought that he couldnt be interviewed. A casual call to a GM to say they want to interview _________ after the teams playoff run...Likely happens all the time.

I'm pretty sure you can't even call to ask like that because it's the internal distraction that MLB wants to avoid. I mean it could mess with a team and their planning if say it's game 7 of the WS and the other team gets 10 teams to call and tell them, I want to interview your GM, I want to interview your coach, I want to interview your scouting director. That would almost be like prank calling a SP 15 times overnight the night before he has to pitch a big game in the morning.
