Confirming @jcrasnick report. #orioles have signed dontrelle Willis to a minor-league deal w a split contract that's worth $700k for bigs

So does he get the $700K if he is called up to the bigs at any point this season? Or is it like, he would have to be on the roster the whole season to get the $700K (or $350K for half the season, etc.).

I think it is 700k divided by the number of MLB payrolls x number of payroll periods on the 25 man roster whether active or disabled.
