I recall some folks saying the splits might end up like that. Shame for him, but I'm glad his road splits (SSS and all) look pretty dominant. He's class, no matter what.

He's just not a good fit for that park.

Still can't believe the Rockies traded for a fly ball pitcher in that park.

Not convinced that really matters. Top 10 Rockies' pitcher seasons by rWAR, only Aaron Cook was a high-GB pitcher. Most were even, or slight GB pitchers. Gabe White had arguably the best relief season in Colorado history as an extreme FB pitcher. Guthrie is a little bit more of a FB pitcher than the average of their top 10 seasons, but not by much. By bb-ref metrics the average MLB pitcher is a .80, Guthrie is a .70. In 2006 Jason Jennings was a 4.2 WAR pitcher with a G/F ratio of .79.
