Luke Scott got hit in the 9th inning by Morales (on purpose IMO) and benches cleared, the coaches got into as much as the players. No punches thrown but alot of grabbing. Earlier in game Pedroia was hit by Shields. Game going to bottom on 9th, Rays up 7-4.

I was suprised too. i didn't catch it right away saw the end of it on MLB Network. BJ Upton wanted to go after someone in the crowd. Sox announcers said Sox have no love for Scott after an incident with Beckett last year.

Wait...so the pitcher basically tried 3 times and missed, including throwing behind him to start off, hits him, and he isn't tossed?

And Bos/NY fans wonder why other teams say they get preferential treatment. And with the post game comments from Bobby V totally indicating a measure of intent?

And probably because Luke Scott told the truth. The man does have diarrhea of the mouth, but Fenway IS a dump. Doesn't diminish it historically, but even if you don't want to give him credit for context (it's horrible to workout in) it's still a dump!
