Man, this is kind of bittersweet. Bedard was always one of my favorites. Kinda wish he was still on our team. While we're talking about stupid trades that will never happen: Hunter for Bedard, anyone?

That's not his swing though. It's not like he's swinging hard enough already.

Part of me thinks two hands might help keep his front shoulder on the ball and/or help improve his contact rate. I have absolutely nothing on which to base that, though. He just looks terrible when he misses.
