Blowout win, but not really a laugher when you're trailing 2/3 of the game.

Once again, an extremely competitive game (we were losing by one run after 6 innings) turned into a laugher late.

I was going to bump this one (was searching for this when I found the burst the Nova thread) once we got to 14-4, but though Frobby would slap my hand...haha.

Way to go O's, hopefully this gets the offense going strong for a while, looks like our starting pitching is going to need the help.

Now that I think about it' date=' tonight [b']WAS NOT[/b] a laugher.

In the game thread, you were biting your nails, hoping that we would somehow find a way to hold onto the 8-run lead in the final 2 innings.

Hence, no comfort, no laugher.

Nonetheless, I'm sure even Bahama O's Fank enjoys that type of nail-biter to one in which we laugh early and barely hold on at the end (like the last game of the Boston series!).

I know it's a tough series, the Tigers may be the best team in baseball with the best starting rotation in MLB. Baseball is a funny game and it would be nice to have a laugher out of nowhere.

Laugher? I just hope we can win one or two games. This is the toughest series of the year.

2 of 9 in our lineup are hitting .300. 7 of 9 are doing it in theirs.
