will Roger Clemens "fess up"?

- the court of public opinion is ready to convict him.

- his boy Andy's admission makes him look bad.

- the comments by his lawyer said these allegations are false, however, we have yet to hear from Clemens himself.

I think it is funny that individuals feel they have been slandered or associated with the topic of HGH wrongfully but do nothing legally to clear their name(s). Keep in mind that any lawsuits that come of this would not go against George Mitchell but against MLB.

Not to defend Roger Clemens, but if Pettitte were really the loyal BFF to Clemens that he's supposed to be he would have stayed quiet and not given credence to some of McNamee's allegations. People were already pretty much ready to let the stuff on Pettitte slide. The main result of Pettitte's admission has been even more talk about Clemens. He may have gained a little goodwill by speaking out, but he did at least as much harm to his best friend as good to himself. Would Brian Roberts defend himself at the expense of Jay Gibbons? I doubt it. To me loyalty to friends is a lot more important than who tried drugs back in the day. It was also shameless exploitation of his religion to pose for the media going to church as if that changes how guilty he is for using HGH. That was lame.
