This makes me sad. Sure they might get a terrible new owner but they might get a great owner. Right now they have a group that has the Red Sox in last place. I'd like to see them stay. But oh well.

I doubt the team is for sale. Henry had denied the report and neither story cites any "source."

I think, if anything, the ownership group may be sending out feelers to get a better projected value of the worth of the team in light of the record $2B buying price recently recorded for the Dodgers.
