Tigers lost their double header, today. So is their number down to 4?

That said, that double header is evidence: don't play down to your opponent and take advantage of ALL situations. No room for errors like Andino's today or poor at bats by Andino and Machado.

We didn't play that well in Boston and still won 2, so not so bad. It is baseball and errors and bad at bats are always going to be part of it. At this point we need to bear down, take at least 3 from Toronto, and see where we are at.

We have a chance today to put some more distance between us and the teams chasing us for a wildcard spot. I think at this moment I would rather have the WS win their division vs. Detroit. Detroit scares me more with their pitching and two power hitters.

It's OK. He is my "little" brother and he is just jealous because he is in Australia and I have potential tickets to the first playoff games in 15 years.

He is just as addicted as me and his son's middle name is Ripken.

A bit jealous - you reckon!!!!

Guess I should of put a winking icon at the end. still haven't even seen a game this year. hopefully after today we can get these numbers down a bit lower.

But seriously, get a real job...
