I am going on record-This team is a dog backed into a corner and we are going to see a fight from them tonight like we havent seen...since the Rangers game! There is no quit in this team, expect them to come out of the gate like the Yankees did last night. Hit and runs, bunts, steals...Hats off to the CC last night, but IT'S ON!!!

If the O's win the next two they would avoid Sabathia. Unless Girardi would bring him in on 3 days rest for the elimination game.

I think we would see Sabathia in Game 4 IF we take Game 3. Girardi's job may be on the line (or at the very least facing a very long and tense offseason with the Steinbrenners and fans breathing down his neck) if they have another one and done- and I think he'd rather go down with CC in Game 4 and a "patchwork/all hands on deck" approach to Game 5 rather than trusting Hughes with Game 4 2-1 down. We'll see. Getting ahead of ourselves here though...
