Kuroda is all over the place the whole inning, and then when the pitches really matter, he gets a strike off the inside of the plate and another strike off of the outside of the plate.

O's let Kuroda off the hook though. Wieters swung at ball three. Both he and Thome could have put more pressure on Kuroda by making him throw two strikes before they swung at anything. Really bad inning after we got the first two on.

The Yankees hitter's strike zone is entirely different, and exactly the size of a postage stamp.

Ump is horribly inconsistent. That strike zone was super tight all inning, that is until the bases were loaded.

This is correct. It was a very tight strike zone until the bases were loaded.
