Looked like a good call because the foot did come off for a split second..The ump should only be making that call if he is absolutely certain and from his angle, I don't see how he could have been. But it is tough to argue when the replay shows the foot come off. Tough to prove forcing off the bag, but I believe when in doubt, it should go to the runner.
