If nothing else,I hate Aroid because it forces me to defend many people in the Yankee FO. Brian Cashman and others were ready to tell A-rod to pound salt when he made his demands during the World Series.

Hank Steinbrenner overruled all of them and paid for it by losing all of his power to make choices right after that.

We can rightfully rip on the Yankees for enabling absurd contracts and greedy people like Scott Boras for ruining the game but not even they wanted to deal out a contract this large.
