A player who was on the active roster on September 1st can be replaced on the playoff roster if unable to play due to injury.

With the expansion of the playoffs, they've made the rules a little less strict. I'm not an expert for sure.

He didn't look horrible running down to 1B, but I don't want to see him in the RHB box. Ever. Until next year when he no longer plays for us. Then he can convince someone else that he should still be a SH.
