I was only 4 when Belanger played his last game for the Orioles. But I remember other members of my family talking about how bad he was at the plate, but his glove was so good, they didn't care.

2012 was bad, but if you take his totals as an Oriole (counting 2011), both his avg and ops is better than Flaherty.
