If all this is true why did they call him up when they did? Nobody was up in arms he wasn't up here, most people were surprised he was called up. I am sure financially they would be happy if he doesn't reach Super 2 but that isn't why he was sent down.

No. Before he got hurt folks were concerned that MLB hitters were laying off his good sinker and once he elevated it the pitch would flatten and get tagged.

As least some folks on this board said as much.

So here is a question, what exactly do we have in Britton? Better than Freddy? Serviceable 5th starter?

And Davis swings at balls 2,3, and 4. Our offense has been pathetic tonight. They actually looked fine against Scherzer, but as has been a problem as of late they perform terribly with RISP. And now they are making Smyly look unhittable. And Wieters is absolutely terrible. He needs to be firmly cemented into the 8th spot but Buck is too scared to mess with his ego. He really shouldn't have an ego, at least offensively, considering he's below average for catchers offensively, let alone compared to all other players.

Do you ever put any true thought into your posts? Or ever look at the actual facts? I know the answer to these questions already, but thought I'd ask anyway...
