Have him watched and escorted by a team of body guards, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Cook his meals for him, carry him up and down the stairs, give him 2 massages a day, and cut his food up into little tiny pieces before he eats anything.

If the medical community could keep the boy in the bubble alive with no immune system, then we can keep Brian Roberts healthy if we really try.

I have it on good authority (Wikipedia) that the Bubble Boy was able to walk under his own power (and without breaking his a--).
