What is the deal with Ryan Zimmermans throwing arm?

Is his arm ever going to get better or is this guy done as a thirdbase? What would you do in the offseason as the GM of the Nats? Would you move LaRouche and move Zimmerman to firstbase?

Zimmerman has a permanent shoulder injury. He developed Steve Sax disease. He will never get better. He is a DH/First-baseman now.

No one knows more about that AC joint than me! Well, maybe a doctor...

It's interesting in that he had his joint repaired after repeated injury. My AC joint was completely torn and rehabbed vs. repaired. I had to completely re-learn how to throw, and my motion is entirely new. At 38 I can throw better than when I was 21! And my joint doesn't give me problems, because I no longer have a joint.

You no longer have a joint?
