Henry U should be up after the All Star Break. Reimold released- don't worry, nobody will sign him and he can then accept an O's deal to Norfolk. Valencia is playing 1b at Norfolk now and if he's anywhere near decent, bring him up too and ship out Ishikawa.

Great comment. I think Nolan needs to go to Triple-A to play every day... and prove he can stay healthy for more than 17 hours straight.

Ishikawa is with the MFY now.

Henry is 26. Yasiel 22. No contest. None.

Heck, Puig could be 26 too. I jest, but one never knows...

In all seriousness though, Henry may not be a young prospect that will explode onto the MLB scene like Puig, but he does appear to be able to hit, and that despite having not played for a long while. Certainly can't be worse than Reimold. Bring him up!

Too early for Urrutia. I doubt he comes up until August.

See the comment above...If he were 22, then I would agree with you, but please explain why a 26 year old who has hit well all season long in both AA and AAA (well decent, but has been climbing and is on his way to fully adjusted) shouldn't be given a chance when we are allowing Reimold to hit .197 with 4 HR and 9 RBI in nearly 40 games from our DH spot at the age of 29?

Urrutia would undoubtedly be able to at the very least be a wash at .197 BA, but is there anyone here who doesn't believe that he would be much better than that?

Giving Urrutia the rest of July at AAA seems like you are prescribing him with a treatment that seems more suited for Reimold than Urrutia...

He's 26 folks, it's time to see what he can do with the big boys, because the next three years are supposed to be the prime of his career...assuming he actually is 26...if he's older, we're likely wasting the only good years he has left...

If you ask me, anyone over the age of 24, maybe 25, should be able to make the MLB roster, or at least tested when the opportunity arises, because if they can't do better than what we're currently getting from Reimold, then they probably should be traded to someone else who believes they can turn things around for him...

Well that wouldn't give the O's the option to trade for a DH bat would it? Either Reimold has to explode in the next week, or we have to decide whether to go with Henry or make a trade. I think if Henry continues to hit he'll be up before the deadline. If Reimold is DFA does he pass though waivers? I think there is a good chance he does.

They say Urrutia is down in the minors still because he needs to work on his fielding. If that is true why isn't Reimold in the minors working on his fielding.
