Lincecum throwing no no with 2 outs in the 9th!

Lets wait to see what the residual impact on his arm is.

He has an ERA+ of 79 this year after a 68 last year.

This might have been his last hurrah as a dominant pitcher.

The Giants are also nearly at seller status and Timmy is on the last year of his contract.

If he wanted to go back out there, let 'er rip.

Oh I know he has been terrible this year, but I was responding to the post that these pitchers that only go 80-90 are creampuffs and Lincecum can go 150 so he must be tough. I was merely suggesting lets see what actually happens to his arm the next few times he pitches. I bet he leaves 4 of his next 5 with less than 90 pitches thrown and with bad results, granted, the same wager could probably be made without his dominant performance.

I really enjoyed it when Bochy came out to ask Tim how he felt. At first I thought Bochy was stalling to give Tim a little breather. But then I saw the guy warming up in the pen. Up 8-0 and your pitcher to is throwing a no hitter, wtf is the bullpen warming up for! Let Tim pitch, and if he gives up a hit THEN warm up the pen. Let him throw 200 pitches if he wants, he's got week off and this is a rare opportunity.

Yeah, I thought it was pretty cool. I don't know how long Lincecum will play, but it was cool to see him be dominant again. I wonder if he'll end up reinventing himself in the 'pen at some point.
