Who did Little Jerome replace for the Astros?

Marc Krauss.

Also, as I posted in the L.J. Hoes Appreciation thread:

Although Hoes has the distinction of having been named in the lineups for both teams for tonight's game (he was in the Orioles' lineup before the trade, and now he's in the Astros' lineup), he won't be able to match what Joel Youngblood did in 1982.

On August 4, 1982, Youngblood became the only player in history to get hits for two different teams same day. After Youngblood had driven in two runs with a single in the third inning for the Mets against the Chicago Cubs in a day game, he was replaced in center field by Mookie Wilson, and traded to the Montreal Expos. Youngblood rushed to Philadelphia in order to be with his new team, and hit a 7th-inning single.
