Example A of why you fire Buck after 3 seasons.

He's just pissed the entire season away by refusing to accept reality.

It's been the book on him everywhere he goes, he doesn't make changes in time.

Johnson is toast, enough is enough.

Either buck makes the change after this game or he finds a new job after the season......sorry I'm just tired of his excuses.

I could of written this myself. I think we all saw the best part of Buck the last two-three seasons and now we are seeing why he gets canned all the time.

Maybe we could of offered a smaller extension than to 2018? I wonder what his byout amount is?

Yeah, let's fire the guy that gave us our first winning season/playoff appearance in 15 years for playing above .500 ball in the toughest division in baseball the following year

Im not saying fire the guy, but his stubbornness will be the reason this years team wont make the playoffs. Buck says he doesn't believe in the save rule, yet like clockwork brings in Johnson to continually blow games.

As stupid as Buck is for keeping JJ in the closer role, it would be far more dumb to fire him.

So the season is over already? Because JJ blew another save you want to fire the

manager that took the team to the playoffs after 14 years? I am sure glad you are

not in charge. It is frustrating but golly you fire the guy. Maybe you would have

wanted Valentine? Now have you got someone in mind? You have to have

someone in mind if you are so ready to get rid of Buck. Personally I may have

left Rodriguez in. I wish JJ had done the job. He didnt. But I would not fire Buck

over JJ failing to do his job.

Yankees did almost the exact same thing (made playoffs for the first time in 14 years, canned him the following year) and won a World Series the subsequent year.
