Nick Swisher is still just as annoying as when he was with the MFY's. That stupid grin of his, especially when he is at-bat.

This is a guy that you love to hate, and it's so easy to do so.

Well, he was 0-for-4 with a strikeout today (plus, his team lost the game), so he didn't have much to grin about on this day.

He's annoying regardless of the situation, though.

When he struck out in the first inning, he was barking at the umpire after the called 3rd strike. Even the Indians' announcers said that the pitch was RIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE (which was confirmed by the pitch-tracker), and that they had no idea what the hell he was complaining about.

At the risk of sounding like Roy, I'll just note that since May 27, Ubaldo Jiminez has a 2.98 ERA. He has struck out 28 batters in his last three starts, spanning only 18.2 IP. He tends to throw a lot of pitches, which leads to some early exits, so I hope the Orioles display some patience against him tonight.

He hasn't pitched more than 7 innings since July 28th. Need to get to him early, and don't let him get into a groove. I do feel a sweep coming on here. Cleveland looks like they're just going through the motions, instead of fighting for a playoff spot.

I like us to homer off him. He's a hard throwing righty. Seems like Davis's cup of tea for a monster bomb.

Now that I've said that, let's look how various O's have fared against him:
