Marvin Miller has had the largest impact of any non-player in the past 50 years. Maybe ever. Its an absolute shame that he's not in the Hall already. I hope he's elected this year, or at least before his death.

Because it is the Hall of Fame not the Hall of Pretty Good Career.

They didn't even pick the right players who are not in the Hall to consider. Bobby Grich would have been a good name to consider.

Parker broke down too early due to substance abuse and conditioning issues. Garvey was never anywhere near as good as he would tell you he was.

That's pretty funny. Kinda like that new Vince Vaugn movie.

As for the Veteran's Committee list, I'm kinda surprised ol' Petey hasn't made the cut yet.
