I agree with you on Butler but I would put Tillman at 7. He performed better than Erbe, at a higher level than Beato, and Arrieta didn't pitch til AFL.

Now that I think about it I would have Spoone at 7 and Tillman 8.

It's very debatable but what I have read sounds like both Beato and Erbe have better stuff than Tillman. That could change because they are all young, but if I am rating then now, that is why I put Tillman behind them.

Tillman would be the #3 or #4 prospect on this team.

He put up better numbers than Erbe in a tougher league in a tougher park and was 4 months younger.

Sickels gave Tillman a B+, Prospectus had Tillman as a 4-star prospect, and BA had Tillman rated as the #3 prospect in the Cal League.

Plus curve ball, a close to plus fastball, plenty of projection that gives him room to improve, and he improved a lot in July and then dominated in August.

I think people are biased against Tillman because they know very little about him and only heard of him when he was brought up in trade talks.
