They may not have gotten two, but the golden rule is that you always make sure that you get at least one. I suspect that he was rushing it trying to get two, and wound up with none.

Similar to a receiver in football that wants to run for extra yardage when he is thrown a pass, but forgets to catch the ball.

Yet many are in a hurry to get Manny to SS. If Schoop is a better 3b then he is at 2b, then I see LF or DH in his future.
