Comparing Hunter to Stanhouse is a ridiculous comparison. Consider the source. It was made by Rick Dempsey who knows a lot about catching, not so much about pitching.

Stanhouse had a 5.4 BB/9 to go with a 4.8 SO/9 whereas Hunter walks 2/9 and SO 5.4 for a 2.67 SO to BB ratio.

Stanhouse didn't even have a one to one ratio, he had 75% save rate and 32% IS but please let's all keep making stupid comparisons that don't apply.

And that holds true even if he blows this.
