A serious question for MASN viewers: does anyone else find it absurd that once a pitch is thrown to a batter, the pitch speed is superimposed for several seconds over the pitch count and (especially) number of outs?

Most baseball broadcasts have outs as a fixed graphic, sometimes the count as well. What gives?
