Yeah...I think he'll put up a lot of 5-6 inning starts with 1-2 ER allowed, and every so often he'll get stomped thanks to wildness. He's not an Ace at all...but then, the O's aren't paying him like an Ace.

I'd throw in that he'll also occasionally have spurts of brilliance, like the first 3 starts of May.

Bad call Buck!

I would have liked to see it challenged, especially now, in retrospect (it would be two outs, man on second). But, to be fair, that's probably on the video guy who lets him know. No way Buck can see that on the field in real time.

Overall, I do think we're far too conservative on the challenge. Not enough close plays in a game to be so scared of losing the challenge IMO. Not sure about the league as a whole.
