Matt Wieters is #12 overall and seems to be the #1 catcher. Chorye Spoone and Radhames Liz are 75th and 85th respectivly. They also have Tillman at 44.

I know this has been said before...but the Rays are going to be nasty at some point in the not too distant future. I know every prospect does not pan out, but they have so many that at least a few of their guys are going to be good.

I don't think he's eligible because he already spent some time in the majors. Technically, he's not a prospect.

Jones no longer qualifies but in the chat, Goldstein from Baseball Prospectus said Jones would be top 10.

The MLB criteria for rookie status are less than 130 PA's for a hitter and less than 50 IP for a pitcher. There is also a service time criterion. Jones has had 139 AB over a 2-year period and thus can't qualify as a rookie. Chamberlain's 24 innings are well under the rookie theshhold.
