They have to do SOMETHING with this lineup. They aren't even squaring up on balls.Very few balls even hit well.

Hitting coaches can definitely affect their mental process...or not, as is the case with Presley.

And you get this from? Someone told you this? Or you just assume that this is what a hitting coach does? Like a high school coach does?

But you gotta wonder what their mental process is. Are they thinking, "OK, 1-1, trouble with runs, leadoff double, I gotta try to get him over, get it on the ground, right side, try to get them over". Or are they thinking "Here it comes, hit it as hard as I can".

I don't mind having 1 of Joseph/Hundley + Flaherty/Schoop. But having both of them makes the bottom of the line up too soft.

This reminds me of that terrible funk we were in offensively last year in Arizona.The difference is, and this is the good news, is that somehow our pitching is carrying us in these games.But we better do SOMETHING fast.This is a chronic problem with these bats.

I think we may be doomed. What should we do about it?
