Yes he is. Very young. Besides, he pitched a good game at the end to lower it a bit. Of course, that was against all the guys he was just facing in A ball two weeks before.

My biggest issue with Trembley was that his demeanor and body language changed when the team got on a losing skid. It always seemed his teams would be battling to the level of their talent, but when things started to go wrong, they would snowball and Trembley couldn't stop it. Buck never seems the slightest bit panicked when things aren't going well, and then they don't go poorly for long. Undoubtledly, he has much better talent to worth with. But he also sets a confident tone that perseveres even in bad times.

Without a doubt. I'm not comparing Dave to Buck at all. As much as I respect Dave as a baseball man, I'm not trading away Buck for anyone to manage this team. He's a huge part of the turn around of this franchise.
