I have never in my life seen one team get so many breaks. Really, this Royals team can do no wrong. It's ridiculous. I still want to think we can get back in this series, but this is just getting ridiculous.

They take better advantage of the brakes they get than we do. They hit by pitch set up the inning. So, bad pitching followed by bad defense.

And now a walk. Did these guys even get out of the hotel?

Yeah, the runner was just going by but happened to push the ball far enough away to let the second runner score. Unlucky break, because Royals.

I just keep waiting for the absolute, end-all piece of good luck for the Royals. Like, something nobody could even imagine happening like the game-winning home run hitting a bird in mid-air and falling into Cain's glove.

And Cain would find a way to make a routine play look like a spectacular play as the TBS announcers soil themselves.

Baseball gods are going to demand a lot from the Royals next year. Going to be a lot of injuries on that club.

The farther we get down the more epic the comeback will be.....right?

I mean i wish TBS would mention that we made a mistake with catching that ball and not covering home after, but instead its all the great plays by the Royals. It's very old

The only thing missing from this series is a ball hitting off one of our OF's heads and going over the fence.

Especially with Vargas pitching. Cruz and Young have to get it started.

What is surprising is that they did so well in the regular season without them.

Lot of games against the hapless AL East. Lot of games against teams that no longer had anything to play for. Playoffs are such a different beast.

I am convinced that literally nothing will break the Orioles' way ever again. That's what I have taken away from this series.
