I've never heard of a penalty for not shaking hands before. And not that I agree with what the Caps did at all, but PSU players seemed to be the ones jawing and chirping at Terps players during warmups and initiated that whole skirmish. That would be my guess for the whole no respect thing.

Emotions obviously ran high and those boys were definitely pumped up. I can see why everyone was so chippy.

Really? That seems odd to me. Is there a film of that? It is hard for me to believe that a player that shoved an official in the face would not be disqualified from that game. Are you saying that he shoved an official and was not ejected?

There was the pre-game scrum and an official was trying to separate the players-

Diggs shoved the official inadvertently or so it appeared as other players were between Diggs and the official.

Wow- I had only seen it in real or replay time and thought there was more of a 2 team scrum----thought it was less of a deal then this video.
