For those who are saying "but but but but he isnt fielding the ball properly"... you do realize he is setting up to backhand a ball and setting up his feet to maybe throw a guy out at second base. Maybe the speed of the runner is dictating how he wont have time to get in front of the ball and then set his feet to throw...
