The Orioles are cheap! Dammit all to hell! Oops, wrong thread.

The Orioles are spending frivolously! Dammit all to hell!

There that's the ticket. So long as we agree that they do nothing right all is well with the world.

Where are the pitchforks and when are we storming the castle?

I hear he dug a moat.

12 million is only about 2 WAR. Does anyone think Davis won't deliver that? It's completely market value.

If you think about it, we've got a BUNCH of guys who are playing for their first free agent contract. I predict a very productive offensive season for the Orioles. Davis, Wieters, Pearce, and De Aza will all be shooting for that multi-year deal.

Only in MLB does a player put together an absolute crap season ending in a suspension and gets a near f'ing $2m raise. Unreal.

Would you feel better if Davis had made 20 million dollars last year while would have in a "fairer" system? The arbitration system giveth and taketh.

Thinking they do nothing wrong is just as bad, though. Just saying. Dan could bring his dog out to center field in the middle of the game to do its business and some people would try to spin it in a positive way.

Great fertilizer. Makes the grass greener.

:D

Big difference in numbers
