From what I understand Davis has one more game left on his 25 game suspension. If, on Opening Day it got to be late innings and an official game has been played, could he then play?

The roster is set before the game is played. He is not eligible to be on that roster.

No. He couldn't come in during the game. If they change the schedule and have a double header, I guess he could play game 2.

If the game is suspended, I think he could come in when the game was resumed the next day. I mean, sometimes a game is suspended and not resumed until much later in the season when there's been significant roster turnover.

He won't play game 1 in Tampa. But he'll be there for Opening Day at Camden Yards.
