I have good Jay Gibbons with defense hopes. I always dreamed more was possible from Jay because he blended power with contact like Snider did last season. In fantasyland, I'm hoping to get him this year but all this publicity really isn't helping :)

Gibbons was a 2-win bat whose defense dragged him down. Snider should hold his own better than Jay ever did.

I feel incredibly confident that Snyder will have a better season than Markakis next year. It might be a tough pill to swallow right now to let Markakis go for him but people will come around once they see what Snyder is capable of, especially in this ballpark.
