Markakis hasn't played yet. Cruz seems to be swinging the bat well. .985 OPS with a homer in 24 PAs.

Miller has pitched 4 innings. Has 5 Ks and has allowed 3 hits (1 home run) and 1 BB for a 2.25 ERA.

I haven't actually seen any of them play.

Markakis is expected to be cleared for all baseball activities in a couple of days. He's been working out, throwing, and participating in some hitting exercises, but hasn't been on the field or taken live BP yet.

I watched Miller pitch an inning vs the Nats a week ago Sunday when I was in Florida. He was bringing it. They used him and Betances back to back in the 4th and 5th inning and the Nats didn't do much against either.

He is still having a great spring! The Pirates guys say if you stand near him and things are quiet, that you can hear an audible clicking in his shoulder when he pitches. They said that can't be good.
