Someone might be desperate enough to try to stretch him into a starter, but I can't think of who would want to roll those dice. I think he'd get through waivers.

I don't recall anyone thinking he was particularly overpaid when he signed the deal.

I am first in line when it comes to going cheap on the bullpen but 2.7 isn't extravagant.

Shame the expected performance has not been there.

With his salary, would someone get enough value out of him? He'd only need about .5 WAR as a position player, but I have no idea of $ vs. WAR when it comes to pitchers.

My understanding, cuz of Webb's service time, he can force O's hand. Put him on roster or pay him to go away. Could go AAA only if he agrees
