Agreed, at the same time, you don't give him a standing ovation either. That bugs me to no end. It really takes away from the real purpose of giving someone a standing ovation. The problem is you get people who sit behind the dugout that think they are supporting the players by doing that. I think any competitor would be pissed off to see that. They know they've sucked today. No reason to stand up and give him a standing ovation.
