Am I the only person who pulls up that Delmon Young double when I am feeling depressed about something? Sad I know, but it is healthier than bourbon I suppose.

I watch it a good bit. Not because I'm feeling down, just because it's so great to watch. I think it's Joe Buck, his call is so amazing. He's so fired up. The crowd too. Nothing like a packed Orange house going nuts at 110 decibels. :D

The step up in volume when it actually drops is what gets me verklempt.

The upper deck video is awesome.

I've been spelling his name wrong. Roch:

Chris Parmelee, lowered to ninth in the order last night, went 0-for-4 with an RBI. He's 4-for-33 this month, with no home runs, no RBIs and one walk. It's reasonable to wonder whether his roster spot is in jeopardy as the Orioles figure out how to make room for Kevin Gausman, the expected starter Wednesday night at Yankee Stadium.
