Why is David Lough still on this team? He's been on this team for so long because he was the only other player besides Jones who could play CF. Well, Parra is more than capable of handling CF in a pinch and is considered an excellent defender. So why do the O's still need David Lough?

Id release both of them . Parmalee is extremely overrated as a defender IMO.Id give Christian Walker a shot. He's supposed to be a lousy defender but he might be in our future.Both Snider and Parmalee are not.

Snider will go when Pearce comes off the DL.

Can they not DFA Lough if Pearce is ready before September 1. Not much of a Lough guy, but he brings more to the table than Parmalee.

Dan Connolly was wrong.

It ended up being Chris Parmelee.

I'd rather he'd been right. I think Parmalee will eventually find himself again. Snider to me has a very slow bat.

I wonder if the Orioles at least tried to trade Chris Parmelee. The probably could have at least gotten some cash considerations or a PTBNL.

So why doesn't Delmon just sign a minor league deal with us now? Of course he will be called up in September. Players have to be in your org by 8/31 to be postseason eligible.
